Our customers expect independent verification of security and compliance controls. Science Exchange undergoes independent third-party audits on a regular basis to provide this assurance. This means that an independent auditor has examined the controls present in our infrastructure and operations. Science Exchange meets the following standards:

SSAE SOC 2 covers operational control systems following predefined Trust Services Principles and Criteria around security, availability, process integrity and confidentiality.

Our SSAE SOC 2 reporting assures our customers that we have adequate control systems in place to safeguard their data and information.

ISO 9001 is one of the standards within the range of ISO 9000 standards.

As an ISO 9001-certified organization we have implemented Quality Management System requirements for all areas of the business.

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) limits the disclosure of patient Protected Health Information (PHI).
