ISO 9001:2015 Certified

Science Exchange has implemented a robust ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (“QMS”), which has been certified by an independent third party auditor. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. ISO 9001 requires an organization to document its processes, perform internal audits against those processes, report to management any deficiency’s in its processes and assign responsibilities of each process to their respective owners to ensure a clear understanding of which team is responsible for delivery of the specific product or service.

The purpose for implementing a QMS at Science Exchange is to demonstrate to that Science Exchange has the ability to consistently provide a viable product and service to its customers. Science Exchange’s QMS is audited on an annual basis to ensure Science Exchange is meeting the ISO 9001:2015 principles and following the processes stated in its QMS manual.
