Phd student - Protein biology group, Rasmus Haartmann-Petersen lab University of Copenhagen

My main research area is intra-cellular protein degradation through the ubiquitin-proteasome system. I have experience with high-throughput siRNA screening, pulse-chase, cycloheximide decay and basic molecular biological techniques like blotting, pcr, DNA and protein purification as well as RNAi techniques. I work mainly in mammalian cultures, but have some experience with Pombe and E.coli
