I own and run a small company, Custom DNA Constructs, which provide plasmid cloning services to academic or commercial labs. We modify plasmids according to customer's requests. Modifications can include addition, deletion or substitution of almost any sequence at any area of plasmids. Examples include cloning one or more inserts, introduction of requested mutations, insertions or deletions. Additions of tags at any area, changing plasmids resistance, cloning promoters from genomic DNA. Standard or viral vectors, simple or complicated projects.
