We are doing state-of-art nanofabrication, mainly focusing on nanoimprint and its application. For fabricaiton part, we have photolithography, RIE, ICP, e-beam evaporator, imprinter, and so on. For measurement part, we have SEM, AFM, pulse lasers (ns,fs), Raman microscope, inverted microscope for nanofludics, and many others. Everything above are owned by our lab.

I am specialized in Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS), including fabrication and measurement. We are proud of our uniform, high enhanced SERS substrate,D2PA structure.
