We’re thrilled to announce Lauren Morton's promotion to Vice President of Revenue Operations, joining the Science Exchange leadership team effective April 1, 2022. In this role, Lauren will lead Science Exchange’s revenue operations team including implementations, customer support, and enablement.
Lauren’s role will play a critical part in building scalable processes and procedures in the customer-facing organization, as Science Exchange prepares for significant growth in the coming years. Lauren will also play a key role in building out a new customer implementation and onboarding function, overseeing the upcoming rollout of new products, and optimizing customer journeys and customer time to value.
While all promotions are exciting, announcing Lauren's was a particularly rewarding one. Tzlil Hadass, Chief Revenue Officer, had the privilege of sharing this news with her.
