Our NanoBioSensor precisely detects and measures biomarkers in a finger-stick drop of blood, other bodily fluid, or tissue culture – without labeling and in less than 10 minutes. Our BioTracker provides continuous monitoring of dynamic changes in the targeted analytes of any biological material. Both devices are portable, exhibiting very high sensitivity (103 increase over ELISA) and specificity. They can measure multiple biomarkers at the same time, in the same sample, and with no loss of sample. Both devices detect/measure many types of biomarkers: ion concentration, proteins, mRNA, DNA, microRNA, pathogens, many types of enzymes, etc. Compare that to the labeling and time required for the tools you’re currently deploying for measuring various analytes. Vista’s technology can measure the extent to which your candidate therapeutics will bind to virus particles, bacterial exotoxins, various proteins, or other disease-related biomarkers that are set as capture molecules on our field-effect-transistor nanowires. With results available in just a few minutes with NanoBioSensor – or continuously with BioTracker – this capability would seem to be of compelling value for the rapid development and evaluation of your pharmaceuticals.
