We can test your Cell Line for mycoplasma, with or without concurrent Cell Line Authentication. We use a PCR based detection method which is one of the most sensitive ways to detect mycoplasma detection. You'll receive a report back in apx 5 days. We test supernatant or exracted DNA.

Fragment analysis with 4 or 5 dye chemistry. Standard ladder is GS500, GS1200LIZ available upon request

The Nanostring nCounter system can power you gene expression experiments. Molecular "barcodes" allows for multiplexing of multiple gene targets per run. Each run is 1 cartridge- can accommodate up to 12 samples
This service is ideal for researchers who wish to perform identity verification of human cell lines. We perform autosomal STR typing, using the Promega PowerPlex16HS assay. Sample scores (allelic values), comments about the sample profile match to known cell lines, and electropherogram trace data will be communicated to client for any further applications and analysis.

UAGC offers Fragment Analysis services with our two ABI3730 DNA Analyzers. The 3730 employs an array of 48 capillaries to electrophoretically separate fluorescently labeled DNA fragments.
Multiplexed PCR or pooled reactions amplified with compatible labeled primers are scored with the ABI PRISM® 3730 DNA Analyzer.
