Starting at $77/sample - Targeted Breast Cancer Gene Panel for a highly affordable price

The Sequencing Center offers a targeted Breast Cancer Gene Panel for clinical researchers based on 26 genes. These genes are specified by NIH NLM Breast Cancer as contributing genes. NIH identifies six genes as “high penetrance”, as they are associated with high risk patients. They also identify an additional 20 genes as “moderate” or “low” penetrance. Collectively, these 26 genes yield a definitive risk profile for breast cancer patients.

This panel targets the exons for these 26 genes, providing high sequencing coverage for genes related to breast cancer.

Pricing includes everything from sample handling, sample extraction, QC, library prep, sequencing, and basic bioinformatics. Pricing varies based on panel.
