Typically we synthesize over 20 million base pairs of DNA sequences each month including complex sequences with repetitive region, strong hairpin, and/or high GC content.

Our scientists will perform FREE codon optimization upon clients' request using our patented NG technology which is proven to have increased the protein expression level. We guarantee 100% accuracy on all of the delivered gene synthesis orders. Furthermore, we offer FREE subcloning services into most of the commercially available vectors. All plasmids we manufactured are free of animal-derived materials and can contain low levels of endotoxin (<0.005EU/μg, on request). This process is designed to meet our customers’ diverse downstream applications such as transfection, antibody preparation, vaccine and gene-therapy research. In addition to our services, we offer complete and detailed documentation that allows us to track and monitor the whole manufacturing process from start to finish. Generally speaking, there are different mutation strategies for different research purposes, but it can be divided into two categories: Site-directed Mutagenesis and Random Mutagenesis. Site-directed Mutagenesis is a very useful tool for gene research, which can efficiently change the character and characterization of the target protein.
