We build our custom characterization strategies around state-of-the-art separation technologies such as field-flow fractionation which allows us to probe structure-property-performance relationships of complex materials across their entire distribution. Field-flow fractionation is listed as a preferred method for investigating/validating protein aggregation by the US food and drug administration (FDA) emphasizing the push for more comprehensive characterization strategies.

SOLVE was launched in 2012 as a spin-off from Lund University in Sweden to be able to provide clients with in-depth characterization of their complex, specialized materials. SOLVE is located at the Lund Life Science Incubator at Medicon Village in Lund. The city of Lund is centrally situated within the Öresund Region, a top five global biotechnology hotbed. This ideal location allows us access to world class technology and advanced analysis techniques to complement our core technology of field-flow fractionations.
