Our Single Primer Extension Service is offered for Plasmids, PCR Products, Single-Strand templates like M13 clones, and larger constructs such as Lambda and BAC clones. A single sequencing reaction is performed and the resulting data is provided to the customer, typically within 24 hours.

Publication Quality Sequencing Service
Our Publication Quality Sequencing Service is offered for Plasmids, PCR Products, and larger constructs such as Lambda and BAC clones. Sequencing reactions are performed; primers are designed and synthesized to allow us to "Primer Walk" the region of interest. Both strands of the region of interest are sequenced independently. The accuracy of Publication Quality sequence data is guaranteed by virtue of complete complementarity between the two strands. Project turnaround is dependent upon the size of the region to be sequenced and pre-existing knowledge of the expected sequence. Sequencing is typically completed at a rate of about 1.5 Kb to 2.0 Kb per week.

Sequetech is pleased to offer Next Generation sequencing technology. We use state of the art semiconductor sequencing technology to produce up to 3 million 300 base pair reads with one day turnaround! We have selected the Ion Torrent PGM for our Next Generation sequencing platform because of its excellent balance of throughput and turnaround time. Because we can produce results so quickly and accurately, Sequetech is the ideal choice for sequencing small genomes, sets of genes, and amplicon sequencing.
Depending on your application, choosing Sequetech may be the ideal choice for your Next Generation sequencing needs. Not all Next Generation applications are ideally suited to the Ion Torrent PGM.
