With the recent success of its services, the group has expanded and is now advertising their services to the greater science community, not limiting itself anymore to local companies. Chiral compound analysis and purification can be a great alternative to enantioselective synthesis. It is fast and cost efficient.
We are using SFC-MS technology to analyse and purify small (mg) to large scale (multi gram) amount of material in an efficient manner. Separation of enantiomers or diastereoisomers can be achieved quickly followed by enantiomeric excess (e.e.) or diastereoisomeric excess (d.e.) determination.
We have preparative SFC-MS and analytical SFC-MS instrument dedicated for chiral analysis.
Only a few mg are required to run the initial condition screening.
Turnaround is a couple of days based on the amount to be purified.

Compound synthesis always lead to side reactions that produces undesired products that have to be removed. Sometimes, these impurities requires specialized techniques and expertise to be removed.

We will spend the time to find the best method to purify your compound and to achieve the highest purity possible. We are closely interacting with the client to understand their needs and to assess the nature of the compound (solubility, stability, etc.).
A small amount of material (a few mg) is required to do the initial screen. Following this and based on the nature of the compound, we can process with a "test" purification on a small amount to ensure that the compound survives the whole purification process before proceeding with the whole batch. Final purity assessment is done by UPLC-MS. NMR characterization is also available.
Based on the amount and the nature of the compound (solubility issue, stability issues, etc.), turnaround time can vary from a couple of days to 1-2 weeks.

Compound solubility plays a vital role in selection of lead compound in early stage of drug development and discovery. Therefore, it is important to get accurate measurement early-on in the project.
We do offer two types of solubility measurement: Kinetic solubility measurement and Thermodynamic solubility measurement. Measurement are done by HPLC-UV-MS.
Between 5-10 mg of compound is required.

We are offering LogD 7.4 determination using the Octanol/Buffer shake flask method.
