Net Promoter Score of 10 received for Microarray Data Analysis.

Additional Ratings: satisfaction with deliverable: 10, satisfaction with timeliness: 10.
February 9, 2016

Negative review received for Microarray Data Analysis:

"We had a somewhat hard data to be analysed , unfortunately all we got back is regular processing of our microarray CLE file through the use of partek ( which we have done and explande many times that we did ) . We asked sidd (the corresponded analieser ) many times to send the raw excel data files but he kept sending merged documents. We have concluded that we are wasting more time explaining over and over what we want therefore ending the whole process seemed a better choose ."
