About Kitos Biotech

Kitos Biotech is an italian contract research organization foundend in 2016. We are a small team of PhDs in cellular and molecular biology with a background in cancer cell biology. We have more than 100 cell lines to use in our assays and automation systems that let us to provide fast and reliable results.

Gene Expression Analysis

- Evaluate gene expression levels of ∼2,600 genes involved in 24 cancer-related molecular pathways and/or ∼2,100 miRNA transcripts in our panel of cell lines treated with your favorite compounds.

- Cancer-related gene or miRNA expression levels are determined in our cell lines grown as monolayer or 3D tumor spheroids.

- Bioinformatic analysis is included.
