Since 1981 KB Analytical has been providing thin layer chromatography (TLC/HPTLC) and specialized analytical chemistry services to the herbalist, academic, and pharmaceutical industries.
We are equipped for:
- microchemical elemental & functional group determinations
- medicinal herb identification and "fingerprinting"
- medicinal herb / tincture and neutriceutical aldulteration
- trace metals
- TLC/HPTLC method development
- Centrifugal chromatography (Cyclograph)
- Lipid analysis
Whether it is an herbal tincture evaluation, an elemental microanalytical determination, or method development the understanding and care we take in each analysis is reflected in our data. Our clients have come to expect the consistent, high quality of our data and we strive to attain this to maintain their confidence in KB Analytical.
We are very proud of the relationships we have developed over the years with our clients and sincerely believe that our communication and understanding of the analytical request is our foundation.

We provide electrochemical analyses such as Differential Pulse Anodic / Cathodic Stripping Voltammetry with either mercury or solid electrodes. An example of this application is EPA1001: Lead in Drinking Water by Differential Pulse Anodic Stripping Voltammetry. We can also analyze for iodide in water and soil using these methods.

"Quick turn-around time, quality results!"
I am a former Director of Biotech R&D at Pfizer Global in Groton CT working on a novel waste water treatment plant design that recycles influent as pure drinking water to our town. It is in National Stage in the US as a PCT patent and I could not have ever done the detailed design work without the years of experience Bill Georgian has in this environmental field. We are making rapid progress together and his rate are entirely reasonable. I hope to make some badly needed money from this patent and a share of it
certainly should go to Bill and Kathy his assistant/wife in the lab of 35 years. Tom Young Ph D biochemical
