Intrepid Bioinformatics offers a secure repository from which you can “drag and drop” genetic sequence data into virtually any application you are interested in using.

We offer a unique feature—surface to surface interoperation—that enables our system to be the hub for a network of applications researchers need to perform their work; LIMS, analytic tools, content management, workflow engines, visualization, etc.

Our system is ideal for researchers/scientists who want to collaborate as it is cloud-based, and doesn’t require users to re-download data every time they want to interact with it. It’s deployable on-premise, too, if that’s preferred.

Our repository shortens the work flow and increases the accuracy of genetic data analysis. This starts with data being available in its raw format, exactly as it comes off the machine. Then, using our open API, you can write your own code to perform analysis, organize the data further, or plug-in your statistical and analytical software and tools.

Once your work is complete, you can use the sharing and collaboration tools to grant another users or groups shared or full access to the data, immediately.

Whether NGS data in BAM or FastQ format or SNP Chip data in .ab1, .vcf, or other similar formats, your data is secured by our Oracle® database and ready to visualize and analyze. It can be made visible only to you or shared with parties of your choice.

Our open API allows you to have full programmatic control over your data, essentially treating the database like one large file system. With minimal work, you can write your own analysis software or alter your current software and statistical packages to integrate with your data on our servers. No need to mess with data stored in multiple locations on various hard drives or servers.
