Intidyn was created to address the challenge of translating basic research into therapies...
The biopharmaceutical industry’s greatest challenge is translating basic molecular and cellular discoveries into useful therapies for humans.
A cost-effective solution...
Integrated Tissue Dynamics (INTIDYN) provides a solution to this problem with a highly cost-effective and informative technique for understanding signaling and basic biology in the context of complex systems. Our approach is an analytical method we call Intidyn ChemoMorphometric Analysis, or ITD-CMA™. This technique combines multi-molecular immunochemistry, genomic and morphological analyses of complex tissue to create a comprehensive and exceptionally informative picture of what’s happening not only at the site of interest, but in adjacent sites and systems as well. Using nonhuman or human tissue biopsies to: (1) analyze the safety and efficacy of therapeutics, (2) understand disease pathology, or (3) study the effect of toxins on living tissues, ITD-CMA™ can validate therapeutic strategies and also reveal previously unknown impacts and changes in underlying functional systems, such as the nerves and vasculature, and the immune, endocrine, regenerative and thermoregulatory systems. This technique is widely used by drug development companies and is applicable to any step in the process, from preclinical to Phase IV post-marketing studies.
