Deep Sequencing Experimental Design
Our extensive experience with the deep sequencing platform allows us to design any experiment effectively and at a low price point. We keep in mind all the biases involved and down stream issues with analysis.
mRNA / non-ribosomal total RNA sequencing . (75 bp single end illumina sequencing, 40 million reads per sample). For analysis and normalized values , there is a 100 charge per sample.
We discovered the biases in commonly-used protocols and invented the remedy. Using our novel appraoches, we will provide 20 million reads (1*75bp) per sample. For reference, please read this paper, PMID: 21890899 (Identification and remediation of biases in the activity of RNA ligases in small-RNA deep sequencing. Jayaprakash et.al, NAR, 2011).
Using a mix of cloud and custom-built machines to store and make analyses accessible
Through proprietary methods, we can efficiently sequence circular RNA from mouse / human samples. and will also provide linear RNA profiles simultaneously. The cost is inclusive of analysis, and an excel sheet with normalized values will be provided.
We can currently sequence T cell receptor sequences with high accuracy and efficiency. We use novel unbiased methods (not a mix of V primers), to amplify only the TCR sequences. Price is inclusive of analysis.
Mito-seq (mitochondrial DNA sequencing). We use novel approaches to isolate and sequence the mtDNA efficiently. We will provide 1*150 bp paired end sequencing, with a minimum 100X coverage.
