OneGenomeBox is a genome sequence data management system that removes the pain of NGS file uploads and transfers, and enables pre- and post-alignment NGS data exploration with automatic data extraction and powerful graphics.
HepCBase is a flexible, powerful software platform for tracking the diversity of hepatitis C virus (HCV) genomes. HepCbase supports nucleic acid-based HCV research of Sanger- and NGS-derived data. The HepCbase platform extends to other viruses, including HIV and HBV.

Simply upload your raw sequence files to our server (contact us for access), to your FTP, dropbox or other storage unit (and allow us access) or send us your files on a disc and we will do the rest!
Tailor Your Database
We will populate your database with your private data or with public data that we will upload into OneGenomeBox or HepCbase as desired. We will also fully annotate your sequence files starting from scratch by in-house duration, or from your prepopulated OGB annotation files.
Using our proprietary sequence recognition algorithms, we will customize your GenomeBox application to recognize your favorite genome.

We understand that each project is unique and may require tailored data rendering in our UIs. We can tailor results viewing and reporting to provide you with alternative and intuitive views of your output via unique UIs or enhancements to our existing UIs as a customized service.
Custom Genome Recognition
Our specialty is designing algorithms to recognize the unique characteristics of a given genome (please see our description of HepCbase for an overview). We will customize your OneGenomeBox instance to extract the unique characteristics of your genome, including (but not limited to) automatic protein and region identification, translation, genotyping, identification and computation of cellular modification sites, mutation sites, epitope landscape, and more.
