Targeted NextGen Bisulfite Sequencing: EpigenDx uses Ion Torrent for targeted NextGen bisulfite sequencing. The custom targets are ranged from 10 to more than 1000 CpG loci. The base-pair resolution and validation is provided. Each analysis includes up to 20 PCR amplicons at a time.
