Nanostring nCounter® Analysis service from Ensigna offers a simple and cost-effective solution for multiplex analysis of up to 800 mRNA, DNA, or protein targets without amplification, cDNA conversion or library prep in just a few days. Here are a few of the features of NanoString:

Ensigna Biosystems recognizes that validation of antibodies for IHC is particularly challenging. To address this, we have put in place testing methods using cell pellets with known expression levels of the protein of interest. We validate commercial antibodies or your own custom antibodies (polyclonal or monoclonal). We undertake the entire process, including the generation of controls, the screening of antibodies and the optimization of the IHC assay.

This allows us to undertake high-throughput IHC studies with a fast fast turn-around time for your research projects.
