Contact for pricing - usually between $20 to $30 per sample - depending on number of samples. There is a hard floor for pricing (minimum of about $2500 per run). We do not perform the bioinformatics analysis unless added separately; but will deliver demultiplexed Read1 and Read2 FASTQs from each sample. Usual turn-around is under 30 days.

These would include dual INDEX Nextera amplicon sequencing (including 12 bp GOLAY INDEX 16S,18S and ITS emp Protocol), microbial genome sequencing, bacterial metagenomics, RNA-Seq (limited scope). Generally, we run and load "ready-to-go" libraries, but will consider library construction on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss total project costs.

For a 2x300 v2 MiSeq = $1250
For a 2x50 v2 MiSeq = $950
