We will perform basic bioinformatics analysis for some projects on a case-by-case basis. The scope and price will be evaluated on a per-project basis. Example: 16S amplicon project would be $350.

Contact for pricing - usually between $20 to $30 per sample - depending on number of samples. There is a hard floor for pricing (minimum of about $2500 per run). We do not perform the bioinformatics analysis unless added separately; but will deliver demultiplexed Read1 and Read2 FASTQs from each sample. Usual turn-around is under 30 days.

MiSeq Sequencing Only. We can perform most next generation sequencing protocols suitable for the MiSeq platform. These would include dual INDEX Nextera amplicon sequencing (including 12 bp GOLAY INDEX 16S,18S and ITS emp Protocol), microbial genome sequencing, bacterial metagenomics, RNA-Seq (limited scope). These would include dual INDEX Nextera amplicon sequencing (including 12 bp GOLAY INDEX 16S,18S and ITS emp Protocol), microbial genome sequencing, bacterial metagenomics, RNA-Seq (limited scope). Generally, we run and load "ready-to-go" libraries, but will consider library construction on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss total project costs.
For a 2x300 v2 MiSeq = $1250
For a 2x50 v2 MiSeq = $950

Individual samples are accepted and analyzed in groups of 16, or 48. Full plate (96 samples) are discounted at $213. No minimum numbers of samples are required. We accept the samples as post-run cleaned & dried down. Please see our recommend protocol (this site, or contact Dr. Kiss). We will add Hi-Di Formamide (20 microL) and perform the CE analysis.
Fragmentation of DNA for downstream use in NGS based protocols. Shearing will be done on a Covaris M220 Sonicator. We highly recommend combining shearing with a QC check on a HS DNA Chip (Bioanalyzer2100).
