Our patent-pending single Vesicle Flow Cytometry (VFC) approach detects, counts and sizes individual vesicles (down to ~70 nm in diameter) and measures the presence of specific surface markers (down to ~50 molecules per vesicle). VFC technology measures EV directly in diluted biofluids (including plasma, serum, CSF and urine) without the need for isolation and washing steps. Standards and calibrators are used to report EV concentration, size, and the number of surface molecules expressed in quantitative, NIST-traceable units.
