With more than twenty years’ experience in precision plastics manufacturing, Apex Industries has become a leader in machining, fabrication, integration, and engineering services for plastics used in high technology products, chemical processes, chemical containment, and fluid distribution applications.
In their ISO-certified facility in Tigard, Oregon, Apex’s team of certified craftspeople deploys state-of-the-art tools and copy exactly procedures. Working closely with leading manufacturers, Apex supplies complex, custom-designed and built-to-order OEM components as well as completed assemblies that incorporate metals, composites, electrical systems, and automation.
Apex produces high quality products and complex assemblies by combining our design, manufacturing and assembly skills with the expertise of our in-house machining, plumbing, and fabrication services. It’s the ability to manufacture so many process critical parts in-house that differentiates Apex from integrators who only assemble. This shortens the time required to meet our customer needs and helps us deliver comprehensive, integrated solutions to our OEM customers. We also have several clean-rooms ensuring a contamination-free environment where the final assembly, testing, and packaging of your process critical components and systems take place.
Apex fabricators are expert craftsmen who are extensively trained, tested and certified on a wide variety of plastic construction techniques, tools and equipment. This focus on knowledge benefits our customers with exacting standards of quality, purity and precision, as well as shortened manufacturing times and reduced costs. Apex has craftsmen who meet DVS (Deutscher Verbandfür Schweißen/German Federation for Welding) standards – widely regarded as the world’s most stringent benchmark of welding quality.
Our skilled programmers and machinists utilize the latest 3-D CAD/CAM software with industry-leading experience, proprietary techniques and the latest networked CNC mills, lathes and routers to provide a wide range of high quality and tight tolerance, machined plastic and metal components. This equipment gives us tremendous production flexibility, allowing Apex to meet our customer’s tight delivery schedules and capacity requirements – from quick-turn “one-off” prototyping to high volume production runs.
