About Anti Oxidant Power - AOP

Give reality to the antioxidant power of your products! AOP provides a catalogue of innovative studies to demonstrate antioxidants effects of extracts/ingredients/products in human live cells. Results allow to fulfilling antioxidant effect claims.

Assays measure both direct (free radical scavenging) or indirect (antioxidant cell defense stimulation) effects. Ship your samples and get the full report within one to two weeks time. All studies include:
- full report (raw data, standard cell parameters, data analysis),
- dose-effect curves (8 concentrations),
- efficacy concentrations (EC50, EC10, EC90) and antioxidant indices,
- comparison with standard antioxidant(s).

Combination of differents assays allows for the full antioxidant profile of the sample. All studies are carried out on the cell model of your choice, including human liver cells or keratinocytes.
