Advanced Cell Diagnostics’ Pharma Assay Services is the only laboratory services provider/contract research organization with the unique combination of qualifications for processing RNAscope or BaseScope assays. 1. ACD is the patent holder and only manufacturer of RNAscope and BaseScope Assay reagents and kits. Thus, any other laboratory services vendor will need to purchase necessary reagents from ACD. 2. Pharma Assay Services is housed in the same facility as ACD’s R&D and Technical Support Teams. This provides Pharma Assay Services with a unique access to scientific expertise and an extensive knowledge base from years of customer support. 3. Pharma Assay Services is housed in the same facility as the Probe Design Team, which is the sole provider of RNAscope or BaseScope probe designs. This provides for very rapid custom probe generation and performance customization as needed. 4. The Scientists and Specialists on the Pharma Assay Services team are dedicated to RNAscope and BaseScope ISH assays exclusively, with a high level of technical expertise and experience across hundreds of tissue types and tens of thousands of samples. 5. Data analysis, including visual scoring and software image analysis, are performed routinely by RNAscope ISH specialists. Board Certified Pathologists on the team provide pathology notes and reviews. 6. Pharma Assay Services possesses unique access to early access, pre-launched products from ACD. This provides for access to the most up-to-date capabilities related to ACD products. 7. PAS is uniquely qualified to perform Companion Diagnostic assay feasibility and ultimate transfer to CLIA laboratories. 8. PAS has access to eleven (11) Leica Bond RX or Ventana Discovery autostainer systems and can perform assays at a high throughput with fast turnaround times. 9. PAS is highly experienced in all available RNAscope and BaseScope assays, including chromogenic, fluorescent, singleplex, duplex, multiplex, manual, and automated assays. 10. PAS possesses an in-house pre-validated tissue sample bank. This provides for rapid assay turnaround and a high level of confidence in the tissue quality.
