Samples should be sent as tissue or pellet, and should be frozen quickly (1-2 seconds) in liquid nitrogen, then shipped on dry ice.
Service includes RNA isolation, cDNA production, and Taqman assays. Taqman primers and probe not included, but can be obtained from Life Technology.
