ACROBiosystems offers an array of MSD-based immunoassays with a proven increase in both dynamic range and sensitivity, made possible through electro chemiluminescent labeling. ACROBiosystems utilizes our expertise to accurately access clients’ needs and to guide in the design of assays more sensitive than traditional ELISA. MSD assays exhibit a reduced need to repeat samples that are above the ULOQ and the electro chemiluminescence detection technology reduces background signals by separating the excitation mechanism from the signal.
In our efforts to provide the right blend of innovation and value to our clients, ACROBiosystems scientists have implemented mastered numerous assay platforms over the years. Our recent introduction of the MSD SQ120 into our assay development portfolio is an extension of that progress. This technology can be applied to all types of traditional ELISAs, such as direct, indirect, sandwich or competitive assays at an increased sensitivity level that can detect samples with concentrations as low as 0.1pg/mL. ACROBiosystems utilizes the Illumina MiSeq. The 5’-RACE method reduces variability and allows for priming from the constant region of BCR heavy or light chains. This kit combines these benefits with gene-specific amplification to capture complete V(D)J variable regions of BCR transcripts and provide a highly sensitive and reproducible method for profiling B-cell repertoires. Downstream sequencing of H/K/L chains allows for accurate identification of top clonotypes and reliable assignment of isotype in a majority of cases. Sample Requirements: 10 ng–3 µg of total RNA from spleen, lymph node, PBMCs, and hybridomas.
