As part of our custom HCS services, we offer cell migration and wound-healing assays in a variety of cell types.
Cell types include but are not limited to; HeLa, 3T3, HUVEC, HMVEC, Neural Crest precursors, MCF7, SKOV-3, and MDA-MB-231.
The assays can be performed live to obtain speed and directional persistence measurements, or fixed to obtain migration rates and to probe specific pathways via antibodies. Combination assays can be performed whereby a live experiment is followed by a fixed endpoint analysis with corresponding data matching.
Our assays are fully scalable and performed in 384 well plates. Our formats include automated wound healing via a 384 tip device and use of commercially-available cell exclusion methods (e.g. Platypus Oris[TM]).
